About ALTI

American Land Title, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1984 in Middlebury, Vermont. It has grown steadily over the years, having issued thousands of title insurance policies reaching the four corners of Vermont. ALTI has one fully staffed office located in Middlebury. The company handles title matters throughout the state, focusing mainly in and around Addison County.

ALTI is owned equally by John C. Deppman, the founder, Benjamin H. Deppman, his son, and James C. Foley, Jr.

ALTI is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
